This was one of the best and most other worldly experiences of my life. It was so relaxing and I’m mad that I didn’t opt for the longer time. I got the 60 minute scalp treatment with massage but they have combos which include facials and bodywork. The woman who did my treatment was so strong and I loved her. This was probably the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. 10/10 will go back.

One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The head spa treatment was absolutely incredible—so calming that I actually fell asleep during it! You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about making you feel good. Afterward, they styled my hair and it came out looking amazing—such a nice touch to end the visit. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and perfect for anyone needing to unwind and reset. The people here are so sweet and professional. Everything was done with care and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little escape and self-care!

I went there for 90mins scalp treatment today. The bed smell not good. It was really bad that the guy help me. The worker speaks loudly and not care about at all. They will use their language to complain the tip. However, they did not do their job well. Really disrespectful. Believe me, there are more better places instead of here. Definitely will not come back.

While on vacation in NYC, I told my sister that I love getting my hair washed before a haircut. She told me that head spas were a thing, so of course we had to check one out. We booked the 60 minute steam scalp treatment and head massage. It was incredible! The team at Refresh Head Spa is very professional and friendly. They checked in several times throughout the treatment to make sure we were comfortable with the pressure and the temperature. The lady at the front desk accidentally overcharged us because she thought we had booked the higher tier option; she caught her mistake and came outside to double check with us and refunded us to make it the correct amount. Exceptional customer service throughout the whole experience and I’ll definitely be back to treat myself again next time I’m in the city!

I have been to several head treatment shops, and this one impressed me the most. The environment is clean and tidy, the gentle music and their high-quality service. The fatigue that made my boat and car disappear all of a sudden. I will come again next time.
