I came with a friend for a scalp treatment and had such a great experience! The facility was super clean, calm, and relaxing, everything you’d want when you’re trying to unwind. The staff were professional and made the whole process feel really luxurious. My scalp feels so refreshed and clean, and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, it left me feeling totally relaxed. Definitely a great way to treat yourself.

I came with my friend for a self care day. We both got the ginger lemon treatment and it was one of the most relaxing experiences! My head and hair felt amazing after. It’s really cool to see the before and after of your scalp. The staff was amazing as well, super friendly and attentive during the treatment. 10/10 and I’m already planning my next visit with my husband

I went with my friend to experience a head treatment for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super nice and it was very relaxing. I chose to get the hair repair treatment and i have relatively long damaged hair at the moment. It was very minty and they washed my hair 2x while giving a slight massage. Post steam scalp treatment, my hair felt very light and refreshing. My friend and I both fell asleep after we had the face mask applied (we added on the bonus mini facial). I would def recommend if you want to treat yourself ~

I went here for my birthday yesterday with my sister, I’ve been an esthetician and worked in spas for over 8 years, the place was beautiful the upfront girl was amazing but I would never go back to the person I had for my treatment again. I came out of the bathroom to be rushed into a random room with no introduction I asked if they would analyze my scalp before hand and she rushed me to the room quick and tried to uncharge my service while my sister didn’t even get the option to do that. They did not leave the room when asking to change mind you I was getting a service done with my sister so we there was two working waiting for us to get undressed in the same rooms which was alittle uncomfortable. As for the treatment it felt like the most rushed and aggressive treatment ever. I’ve never had this service before so it would have been nice to know the process I have seems videos of heads treatments and had many friends go to spas and you could tell the massage was not a trained massage treatment there was 2 minutes total of aggressive massage the rest was just aggressive hair brushing and shampooing my hair. I believe there is arm and shoulder massage included but a she picked my arms up for a total of 30 seconds each than chucked the blanket half back on me so I had to readjust myself comfortably. The service was extremely loud she kept cleaning the bowl out of the sink was shooting the water all over my face when washing my hair, no bed side manner, and she dropped an entire shampoo body directly onto my eye to start the service off strong so loud my sister looked over. My service provider had no bedside manner talked during my service to her coworker, didn’t try to stay quiet when doing things, i said please and thank you and she just rolled her eyes or didn’t engage. My sister also mention that her person vanished for a good 5-10 minutes mid treatment when most likely was suppose to be the arm massage as well and my person. And to top it off at the end of my service she took my shirt and chucked it at me the second I sat up and waited there for me to get dressed to rush me to the front. Extremely rude I am never one to make bad reviews but as someone who does massage and spa treatments I was looking forward to finding a good headspace treatment for months now and personally the workers we had had no desire to do a good job or make it a peaceful treatment, and took the quick way out of actually doing any massage properly, you can feel have stressed and rushed the service and provider was. I came in wanting to enjoy my birthday and I never in my life l wanted to jump out off a bed and leave a place quicker. I would like to add i was going to say something at the end of my treatment but the workers were all upfront and it just did not feel like I could express my concern without offending the worker. A refund would be great because I honestly don’t feel that was worth my time or money

The experience was amazing. I’ve enjoyed every moment being there. One of the best head massage I think I will ever get. I would definitely go back and even try some of the other services that they have to offer. I will truly recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for any of the services that they have. They’re really kind and respectful and I’m definitely going back.
