Amazing service!! The place was incredibly clean and peaceful, and the scalp massage and cleaning was top notch!! 10/10 would recommend

So I’ve been seeing this spa on instagram and noticed it was close by which was a plus! Me and my husband have done this head spa before but put in queens and we loved it however the drive is just too far. I made an appointment here at Muxi for my husbands birthday and specified on the phone exactly what i was coming in for. When we walked in the lady asked me what service i wanted and i really was hoping they would’ve noted down our phone call conversation so i wouldn’t have to repeat myself since this was a birthday gift. Both me and my husband undressed and laid down on the bed. I told the young lady who was going to do his head massage that it was his birthday. As soon as we started the massage the lady doing my husbands head massage kept leaving to go to the front and there was so much commotion going on. After a few mins i looked at the lady doing my massage and asked “hey is the other lady coming back to do my husbands massage” she simply stated yes. Minutes later the lady came back and left again. Somehow we both ended at the same time and everything just felt rushed. We won’t be coming back which is sad to say being that this was very convenient. This morning i woke up and my hair is dry and hard to comb through.

I came with my friend yesterday evening and it was a wonderful experience my hair and scalp feel amazing and I came out feeling very relaxed. I will definitely come back for monthly sessions. The staff were super nice and we love their little Teacup!

I am so excited a head spa in Nassau county ! The Thai head spa treatment was so relaxing and much needed. The masseuse did an excellent job at rubbing my head , upper back massage , arm massage , and was gentle when cleansing and washing my hair. First , they do an analysis on your scalp and then you get an hour head spa treatment that was so relaxing. My body feels relaxed and my scalp feels so clean and smooth.

Best scalp treatment I had so far. She did scalp & upper body massage followed by shampoo and conditioner. Overall experience was very relaxing. 10/10 Owner is very nice and accommodating Can’t wait to go back!!
