First visit and pleasantly surprised. My friend told me about scalp treatments and I found this place via Google. Was not sure what to expect. But was like a regular spa..soothing, friendly, relaxing music, and ambience. I was helped and had all my questions answered by Grace and Hedy. Hedy did my treatment. My scalp feels better. Enjoyed my treat and tasty tea, which is home made.

I went to Bero Spa on Thursday with my coworker and we both did the 90 minute scalp repair. I had Alice and she was fantastic! I liked that the analysis was informative and now I know where I can make changes to my daily hair routine. My favorite part of the treatment was the shampoo and head massage but I found the gua sha to be unique. This is my first experience going to a hair spa and it was very relaxing. Overall, I had a really great time and will come back again!

Have never done a scalp spa before but I’m so glad I got the chance to try it out! The facility is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly, and before and after pictures clearly show the cleaning effects. They have good new customer promos on social media but this type of treatment is best done over a length of time. Definitely recommend you try it.

i had sucha relaxing hair scalp spa experience here!! This experience was around 1.5 hr and it came with a before and after hair analysis, detox, scalp lathering/massage (wow so amazing I almost fell asleep), she even massaged my neck & shoulders; much needed! my whole head of hair felt so softtttttt afterwards. It was my friends first time and she really loved it too. IF YOu SEE THIS, HERE IS YOUR SIGN TO BOOK !
