Wow! The staff was incredible! So kind, welcoming, and nurturing. Even the women at the front desk of Bungalow21 were so friendly! I absolutely loved my experience here at Meisō And would most definitely go back! For a girls day, any spa day, or a date night with my boo. The room they had was small but felt so intimate and relaxing. I truly loved every part of it.

Meisō Japanese Head Spa is pure heaven. I don’t think I realized how much tension I was carrying in my scalp, jaw, and mind until I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. From the moment you walk in, the space is serene, clean, and beautifully designed—it instantly puts you in a state of calm before the treatment even begins. The head spa experience itself is unlike anything I’ve ever had. It’s not just a wash—it’s a full reset. The combination of scalp massage, aromatherapy, warm steam, and personalized care made me feel deeply nurtured. You can tell they truly understand the mind-body connection. I literally felt like my nervous system let out a sigh of relief. The staff is gentle, intentional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained every step and made me feel safe and cared for throughout the session. I left with my scalp feeling light and refreshed, my hair shiny and soft, and my mind in a completely different place than when I walked in. This is a scam!!! Do not waste your money here. The facial was a joke - more like someone lightly dabbing my face than a professional treatment. There was no LED light therapy at any point, and the so-called scalp massage was nonexistent. It was the opposite of relaxing. I was told the treatment included a 'rough blow dry' - the service as advertised says drying of the scalp and hair. I left the salon with wet hair - my stylist even had to squeeze the ends of my hair with a towel after attempting to dry it. Overall, the service felt amateurish and not at all reflective of the description or price point. I genuinely feel scammed, especially given the cost for what amounted to very little actual treatment.

Anna was amazing! I loved her. I hated the products, I disliked the strong floral scents. They did not have a comb, the beds are uncomfortable there is no support under your knees. Definitely not the luxerious experience I was expecting.

Booked for a Mothers Day spa day with friends. The experience was subpar especially for $180 each for 70 mins of a meh experience. The gals providing the service were nice but inexperienced in customer service. They squeezed 3 of us into a tiny room that is set up to service 4 but should only be set up for a max of 2 people. My gal didn’t clean off the scrub from my face properly before applying other products so I was left with scrub, mask and lotion mixed together on my face, neck and chest. There was a steamer going in the room but it was never used on our faces. The head massage was nice but the neck massage was about 3 strokes on each side and no shoulder massage at all. It ended abruptly and we were asked to get off the tables to get our hair blow dried. It was a tight fit and a rushed job with little care to preference of style. Definitely don’t go with the idea of going out with your friends afterwards. The gals asked for payment before we got dressed which was also awkward. They also started to strip the beds and tried to clean up around us. We barely had room to stand let alone get out of their way to clean. Overall we will not be recommending the place or returning, which is too bad because it’s a great idea and would be a fun friends day for a little pampering. We made the best out of it and had a good laugh.
