What a great experience! It was informative and relaxing. I chose the Scalp Management Session and my scalp feels great! I've never really thought much about my scalp health, but as I get older it needs to be a priority. I will definitely be back to continue my scalp health journey.

I visited Ska Scalp at the end of August and overall had a very pleasant experience. The space was clean, calming, and well-maintained, which immediately set a great tone. The scalp technician was incredibly thorough. I've had several scalp treatments from different places over the years, and this one definitely stood out as top-notch. What really set this visit apart was how informative and personalized the session was. The technician not only performed the treatment with care and precision but also took the time to educate me on scalp health. She pointed out areas I tend to miss while washing my hair and gave helpful advice that I’ve already started incorporating into my routine. She was also incredibly kind and approachable throughout, a true professional. The only downside to my visit was a brief interaction at the front desk. When I asked about membership option, one of the women there was unfortunately quite dismissive and simply told me to check the website when I asked about the difference between the scalp treatments and head spa included in the membership. It felt abrupt, especially after such a thoughtful service experience. I understand it was the last appointment of the evening, and the treatment did go past closing time (even though I arrived early), so I can appreciate that staff may have been eager to wrap up. Still, first and last impressions matter, and that interaction did leave a bit of a sour note. That said, I would still recommend Ska Scalp for anyone looking for high-quality scalp care. The technician alone is worth coming back for, and I hope future visits bring a more consistent front-desk experience to match the excellent treatment.

I got the standard 90-minute scalp massage and it was a blissful, multi-sensory experience, with the rub down and aromatic steams and the wonderfully scented hair mask and washes. I was in heaven, and my hair was soooo soft. I had the “fortune” of having a headache when I walked in to my appointment, but that sucker was nowhere to be found when I left. Highly recommend.

My second time coming here absolutely amazing! Every time I leave here so far, I’ve left 10,000 times more relaxed than when I first walk through the door! Could not recommend it enough! Everything is so clean everything smells amazing! The treatment was phenomenal! I got the scalp management! It was so cool to be able to see everything up Close! They’re so informative about everything that’s going on and what your scalp needs! Jessica is incredible! My hair and scalp feels and smells so good! Everybody is super polite and respectful. Hands-down 10 out of 10.

I can’t say enough good things about SKA. I got my first scalp treatment last year in their old location. It was top notch and my scalp felt so clean for months. Even though I don’t personally know the owner, I am so happy for them and to see their expansion. The new space is gorgeous and relaxing. I’m so grateful we live in a city where we have access to these innovative treatments. I’ve switched all my hair care products to the Korean products they recommended for me and my hair is so much healthier. I plan to continue seeing them for regular treatments to help manage my scalp. If you’re lucky enough to not have a dry or oily scalp, then I would still recommend the scalp spa massage treatment just because it’s so luxurious. Appointments are much easier to get in the new expanded space. So if you’ve been thinking about checking them out, stop waiting and book your appointment. You won’t regret it.
