My daughter and I had a wonderful experience on our Mother/Daughter Day. My daughter walked out and said “that was the most incredible experience ever”. It was relaxing, felt incredible and really great for our hair/scalp and face. Our hair has never felt and looked so good. It was incredibly soft for a full week afterwards. Thank you Kendall and Gail for a truly fantastic experience. I highly recommended for anyone, but especially if you have hair loss/dry scalp or just want a relaxing head massage experience.

What a wonderful experience this spa is! I started with a few head massages which I had never had before and Kendall was wonderful. They are a treat! I need to book another one soon. Then I added monthly facials and they are so relaxing. Gail is magical with her treatment selections and guidance in how to maintain good skin health. Hands down the best facials I have ever had. I have trigeminal neuralgia so my face pain can sometimes be triggered by touch. Gail is so gentle and makes sure that I am never in pain. She's amazing! What a way to be pampered for my self care each month. The ultimate gift to myself.

Kendall is a very talented hairdresser! I have thick grey hair and she made a fantastic job of cutting and styling it. I will definitely be visiting her salon again. It’s hard to find someone who listens and actually cares about providing a good service. Highly recommended.

This was my second time at Lancaster Head Spa and it was as amazing as the first! So relaxing; I feel like a queen! ANNNND I've seen results! Before Lancaster Head Spa my hair was damaged, slow growing, and major breakage. After my first scalp treatment I started seeing noticeable growth within a few weeks and over the 3 months between treatments my hair has grown several inches! (Previously, I wasn't even seeing that progress over the course of a YEAR!) They are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Listen to their at home suggestions and product suggestions; IT'S WORTH IT!! IT IS ALL WORTH IT!

My head spa treatment today was out of this world! Gail was so amazing, I instantly felt completely comfortable with her! As someone who suffers with severe neck issues and pain, I left feeling fabulously relaxed and relieved. Highly recommend!!
