Brandy is the perfect mix of scientist and healer. She broke down scalp and hair health in a way that I could understand, and showed me microscopic photos of my scalp (her microscope was honestly better than the one at my work lab ). I got a cool science lesson and a spa day all in one. She made me a wonderful customized clover and lemongrass aromatherapy, gave me a scalp, head, and neck massage that melted the stress right out of me, and finished with a steam conditioning treatment…definitely my new happy place. Then she took photos again, and WOW…my scalp looked healthier and my hair came out shiny, soft, and bouncy. I looked like I could be in a hair commercial. I walked out feeling refreshed, cared for, and grateful. This isn’t just a spa service…it’s an experience. If you’ve been thinking about booking, go see Brandy. I did the 90-minute scalp treatment. Seriously the best scalp/hair treatment I’ve ever had. Definitely worth it to go for the extra massage time. Comfortable chairs, a calming and relaxing environment, great music, and a very personable staff. The massage included face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Finished the treatment with a blow dry. My scalp feels clean and healthy. And my hair feels softer than it has in a long time. 10/10 recommend visiting this salon. I will be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Crown Head Spa with Brandy. I got the Crown Royale service and couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, relaxing, and rejuvenating time. Brandy took her time to hear any concerns I had about my hair and scalp and explained different techniques and routines that could help me towards my hair goals. She then took me through my scalp analysis and educated me on the areas for treatment during the service before taking me over to the shampoo bowl for the BEST scalp massage and cleaning of my life—I didn’t want it to end! Crowns Head Spa is the real deal! I have very straight, fine hair, but I have a LOT of it. The before and after photos of your scalp are truly amazing. Brandy is so knowledgeable and professional and kind. I will definitely be going back because my hair and scalp feel incredible!

You arrive to a relaxing atmosphere, including a heavily scent and calming environment. Brandy does a thorough examination of your scalp, explaining the process and allowing you to share any concerns you have about your scalp. Then, you are whisked away to an amazing experience of a scalp massage surrounded by essential oil of your choice. During the massage treatment, you have your hair washed, scrubbed, and exfoliated. I can’t speak highly enough of Crowns!!!! I already booked my next appointment.
