Would definitely recommend visiting for a head spa. We booked the 60 minute one and we were pushed a bit to upgrade so we did. I think the 60 min one would have been perfect though or it can be too rough on your scalp. I do wish the hair analysis didn’t go so quick. But all of the staff was very nice! Massages were great. My hair feels very soft. Would come again when I visit!

It was my first time receiving a head spa treatment, and oh my, it was incredible. My husband and I’ve had many professional massages and we both agreed this was even better! The many of textures, temperatures, smells, calming sounds. It was truly a luxury for the senses. We look forward to coming back!

AWFUL! I didn’t feel relaxed at all, nothing was clean, and the lady doing my massage left the door open the whole time. Talked during my massage to other employees, overall just not good. At the end of my appointment they asked me how much I wanted to tip. When I gave them the amount, all 3 employees started laughing at me and said “how about $5 more.” I felt so uncomfortable!! Actually the worst massage of my life, made my muscles more sore, she got on top of me all fours and it was just odd.

Disorganized and frustrating communication from the front desk- didn’t actually attend my appointment. I originally booked an appointment for 7:30PM at 5PM the same day. I quickly got a call from the front desk asking if I’d like to come in earlier. I agreed, and they said they’d book me for 6PM, but that I could arrive anytime before 7:30 While en route, they called at 5:45 asking if I was arriving soon. I said I’d be there around 6:15. They said that was fine, but then called back two minutes later asking if I could move to 6:40 instead, because no therapist was available at 6:15. I didn’t want to wait that long, so I said I’d come another day. Then, just six minutes later, they called again saying they had a 6:25 opening. I was already turned around and headed home by then. I don’t understand why the 6:25 slot wasn’t offered in the first place. I also would’ve been fine with my original 7:30 appointment if I hadn’t already been on the way. Unfortunately, the constant changes and unclear communication made the whole experience frustrating and a waste of time.

What a wonderful experience. Super pleasant staff. Very professional. The place is SPOTLESS!! The scalp massage was fabulous. Will definitely return.
