I was disappointed in the quality of the overall experience. We upgraded mine to include more massage and scalp time which was a joke. The lady barely massaged my scalp, very surface level and I was expecting a deep scratch/massage. Additionally, the scalp analysis is just one picture of your scalp to advertise add ons. I was expecting that upgrading up 2 levels would include this but apparently not. Halfway through the treatment, the person switched to freezing water and never went back to hot water. They also blew dry my hair for 3 to 4 minutes and left me with cold wet hair. I thought this experience would be more relaxing and it was not. Save your money and do a basic package.

My sister and I booked Studio Glow Head Spa for our birthdays and we couldn’t have been more pleased.. very relaxing, calm and tranquil.. I would have liked a “ locker” or area to secure my belongings and also the option to choose the size of cover up( towel) but overall would definitely book again!!

I had a very satisfying experience receiving one of the most memorable scalp massages I’ve had in all my 42 years by one of their coworkers named Tanya. Great individual, I honestly believe I won’t return unless she’s available to take care of me. I recommend her 1000%

Had an amazing experience. Tanya was very professional and did a great job. We discussed the health of my scalp and then did a detox treatment plus the shampoo & conditioner. It was so relaxing, very comfortable. I did a blow out after and Tanya also did an amazing job with that. I feel so relaxed. my hair looks healthy and bouncy!

Loved this experience! My scalp therapist was amazing!!! My friend had told me about a place like this over a year ago. I usually wear braids/dreads, so I didnt think to schedule until I took them out & I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm so glad I made the appointment. This was so relaxing & helped my scalp too! I'm definitely going back once my braids are down again. Thank you!
