Jocelyn was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. This was my first massage and Jocelyn made sure to check in with me to make sure the pressure and scents were okay with me. I felt so relaxed and renewed. Thank you Jocelyn for helping me relieve stress and feeling amazing. The ambiance is so beautiful and peaceful. I loved my tea at the end of my session. Can’t wait for my next booking.

I am without words to describe my experience with Jocelyn at I Care Massage & Head Spa . I was in town for a conference in Tempe, AZ and needed something to help me ground and center myself before my presentation and the busy week ahead. After a quick google search, I came across, I Care Massage and Head Spa. What I was surprised to find was the combination treatment for both a massage and head spa treatment. I was nervous because it indicated 3hrs of my day, but I also had a good feeling about it after looking at the reviews. When I first parked my car I realized that this was an independent women owned business and it furthered my want to receive services. I was greeted with such warmth and aloha with Jocelyn, I immediately felt at ease. Jocelyns' energy and genuine interest in my needs were also something I was taken by because I felt she really cared. I filled out paperwork before my appointments and my usual experience is that paperwork is just protocol and people don't really give it much thought. This was not the case with Jocelyn, she asked relevant questions about what I put into the paperwork and it elevated my overall experience. During my treatment, she also made sure to checkin to ensure the pressure she was using was comfortable for me and I just want to comment, Jocelyn has VERY STRONG HANDS. Don't let her kind and small stature fool you, she's got muscle! I truly received so much more than I expected and I cannot praise Jocelyn with I Care Massage & Head Spa enough. Mahalo Jocelyn. You will be seeing me again when I am in Town. ~Besitos~

I came to see Jocelyn for the first time in so much pain and discomfort and the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Just wow, from getting in same day to being greeted so warmly and the wonderful foot massage before my actual deep tissue massage started. Jocelyn is super sweet and her entire business is run so professionally and her space could not be more warm and inviting! She is tiny but mighty, what a fabulous massage. Jocelyn knows her profession well and knew exactly what I needed to address my pain issues. I am now pain free and have full range of motion of my arm/shoulder. Thank you Jocelyn for checking in with me on pressure and how I was feeling during our session. I will definitely be back!! The thank you gift and delicious tea when we were done was a sweet touch and so appreciated. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Jocelyn was the absolute best massage I have ever had in my life! She massages with intention… with purpose. As soon as I was done, I called my mom, husband, sister… everyone! I recommend EVERYONE experience her at least once in their life. Your standards with other masseuses will change. I will most definitely be going back. Thank you so much for this, Jocelyn! I can officially start my week off the right way!☺️

Phenomenal experience! Jocelyn went above and beyond with her service. She was prompt, kind and generous. I like medium pressure and she did great (checked in with me the right amount). I got the regular head spa and felt like I got so many services in one - massage, facial, head spa, blow dry. Her environment was super relaxing. Cannot recommend more… I will be back.
