This was a great experience! My mom and I went and had Alexia and Shayna do our treatment. They were super professional and let us know exactly what to expect and what was going to happen. I loved all the soothing scents and the relaxing music that was playing. I also thought the steam sounds were fun (it sounded like popcorn) and the arm massage while during the treatment was also great. Shayna was very specific about asking me if the pressure was good multiple times throughout the massage. After the treatment, they left towels to dry/clean our hands from the massage oil and also had a sampling of hair products to style hair after the massage.

Wow! I finally used the gift card I received for Mother’s Day from my son. Serenity did such a great job! I felt so relaxed that the 80 min session felt like 20 minutes. The hand scrub smelled amazing, so much that I bought some for myself 🙂 I was surprised that my session included a massage on my arms, hands, and shoulders! I thought it was just a scalp massage. The aromatherapy is a must. Very happy I went!

First let me say I have never had a scalp massage, so I honestly had no idea of what to expect. This was a birthday gift from my daughter in law. The entire experience was soothing and relaxing from start to finish. The scalp massage, the arm and hand massage, the essential oils - everything was a celebration for the senses. Kaitlyn Gomez was amazing and kind and explained what was going to happen every at each point. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a truly unique and relaxing experience to rejuvenate yourself.

This was my first experience at a head spa and I was blown away. I chose the 80 minute package and it was perfect from start to finish. I walked away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. One of my favorite elements of this package was the upper body massage during the head steaming (I'm sure there's a professional way to describe that, sorry!). The massage element added in truly rounded out this incredible experience. Crown & Bliss's pricing is also very competitive and worth every cent. I had a phenomenal experience with Stacy! She was thorough, knowledgable, and skilled in her field. Every motion she made was intentional and she was 100% attentive to my needs and comfort level. I will be back soon!

My daughter and I had a great afternoon with Alexia and Shayna! The experience was incredible from start to finish. We were both relaxed and rejuvenated from our session. I had an extra treatment done to my hair and could not believe how soft and smooth my hair was! I have shared the experience with friends and we will definitely be back!
