My first time doing a hair scalp treatment. It was AMAZING. Katherine had such amazing hands when she did my facial and hair scalp treatment. It was so relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating. Not only that she was very kind and professional. Unfortunately I’m from out of town- I hope to find this kind of treatment back home! I didn’t know I needed and wanted this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband bought me a $65 gift certificate for a 45-minute scalp treatment for Christmas. Unfortunately, I lost the certificate, but when I called to schedule, Liana was incredibly helpful in accommodating me and explaining their packages via text. I decided to upgrade to the 90-minute Aroma Hair Scalp Treatment & Relaxation for $128 (originally $168), which included: •tEssential oil scalp massage & steam hair mask •tPeppermint exfoliation for deep scalp cleansing •tMoisturizing shampoo & conditioner •tWater circulation & hot towel relaxation •tHot stone & essential oil massage on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and hands Check-in Nightmare When I arrived, an elderly man and a child were at the front desk. I told him I had an appointment, but he insisted it was for a free eye spa session. When I explained it was a gift certificate upgrade, he kept asking for the certificate and claimed my husband never paid. I told him about my conversation with Liana and showed my text, but he still insisted I had to pay because I didn’t have that package paid for. I even had to give him Liana’s number—why didn’t he already have it? After 30 minutes of waiting and wasted time, he finally called her, and she confirmed everything I had already explained. I even texted the number asking for Liana’s help but the number was a business cell which he had on his hand and claimed the text he received a confirmation text that it’s for the eye spa but I told him the message he is reading is my cell phone number and that I was trying to text Liana that message about why he’s telling me it’s an eye package because he’s claiming my husband didn’t book or paid any package. The Treatment Once he confirmed with Liana after finally talking to her on the phone after I gave him her phone number, I was finally checked in & a Hispanic lady guided me through the process to the back. I undressed (top only), removed my jewelry, and wore a wraparound cover robe. She started with an unexpected eye/facial treatment, followed by a relaxing chest, arms, hands, and neck massage, then moved on to the scalp. The mint treatment smelled amazing, and the overall experience was very soothing. Final Thoughts At checkout, I paid the remaining $63, and the man again claimed he gave me a “discount” for waiting so patiently but he didn’t even give me a discount at all. I didn’t bother correcting him because I wanted to leave already but how is that a discount when $128 for the package I upgraded - $65 for what my husband already paid = $63 as my remaining balance of what I paid? So it’s not a discount at all! For the time I wasted, I expected at least a complimentary service or shampoo to make up for the disorganization. ⭐ I give this place 3 stars because Liana and the Hispanic therapist made my first scalp spa experience enjoyable. Otherwise, it would have been zero for the front desk disaster. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a gift certificate due to their poor organization, but if you’re booking for yourself, it might be worth the experience—just make sure Liana handles your appointment!

Me and my husband's did the classic hair wash with Maritza. She was amazing! Usually I'm very hesitant for people to mess with me hair because I have very curly hair and it gets knotted in water quick. However, she was very thorough, gentle, and super attentive. Overall, the young lady working at the front desk and her made it an amazing experience. I'm excited to go again.

I had Mei for my session and she was amazing! I booked the 90 minute hair scalp treatment and head relaxation. I called to book the day before and they got me in quickly. For those who have never been to a headspa you go into a room with a table that has a hair washing station attached. They ask you to undress from the waist up and give you a towel wrap to wear and cover you up. They started me with a massage on my chest, arms, shoulders, neck and back. Then they did some facial massage on my forehead and jaw. Then they move into exfoliating. Lastly they do several hair washes and treatments. They make sure you are all rinsed and dry before asking you to put your clothes back on and blow dry your hair. It was a very relaxing experience and I would love to go back again.

Bonnie was the best! She left my hair feeling amazing and luscious. I loved it! Will come back! Also the prices are pretty affordable. 10/10
