Eva was absolutely incredible! I had been seeing hair spas all over Facebook & tiktok. I had to try!! I booked the VIP head spa and she did not dissapoint. Walked into the nice building to her room. Super cute, clean, nice music playing, clean sheets. Changed out unto the robe thing and she got started. We chatted a bit as she was so friendly! But she still created a very relaxing atmosphere for me, outside of my endless chatting. She applied great pressure, did a hand and arm massage that was heavenly! Hit my shoulders and shoulder blades with hot rocks. She washed my hair multiple times with great smelling products & did several different things, just like the videos! The cold bulbs on my face, face massage, several head and scalp scratchers and creams. Her hair wash was amazing! Plus the rain feature to wash it all out? HEAVENLY. Eva is a beautiful soul, providing a wonderful luxury service in a clean building. 10/10 reccomend! She worked with me with scheduling & even offered an earlier time for me due to a cancellation, which worked better with my schedule! After meeting and chatting with Eva, I won't be going anywhere else. I'll definitely be adding this service onto my self care routine!!! The perfect day off treat! She also does nails, which I'll be trying when I need a new set!

Incredible Head Spa Experience with Eva – Especially Loved the Ice Therapy! I recently had a head spa appointment with Eva, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She has a nurturing energy and instantly made me feel at ease. The entire treatment was deeply relaxing, but my favorite parts were definitely the ice therapy and the neck and nape massage. The ice therapy felt so refreshing and soothing—it was the perfect contrast to the warm, calming environment. It instantly woke up my senses while still feeling relaxing. And the neck and nape massage? Incredible. Eva has the perfect touch—firm enough to relieve tension but still gentle and comforting. I didn’t realize how much stress I’d been holding there until she worked her magic. Eva clearly cares about her work and her clients, and it shows in every detail of the experience. If you're looking to treat yourself, I can’t recommend Eva enough!

Such an amazing experience with Eva! I did the premium head spa and pedicure. I loved every minute of the head spa. I have never been more relaxed in my life! Highly recommend.

I bought a Groupon for the 75 minute VIP experience and was disappointed. The lady was nice and accommodating, and my face felt great after the facial aspects of the experience. However, the 'massage' portion was more like a rub than a therapeutic/relaxing massage and the head spa part was far more clinical than relaxing. I walked out feeling like I paid for someone to scrub shampoo in my hair twice, not for a relaxing spa experience with a nice scalp massage. It was also pretty cold in the room and while she did blow dry my hair, it was still half wet when I left. I also felt extremely rushed and did not get the full 75 minutes. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, it was not quite 65 minutes. I arrived at 6:50 for my 7pm appointment and was rushed right in. It was 7:54 when we walked out of the door. I made it a point to check my phone for the time going in and out. That is 64 minutes from the time I walked in the door, not the full 75 minute experience that I paid for. A full 75 minutes from the 7pm start time would've been 8:15. The time clock should not have started when I walked in the door to the building but rather when I walked into the merchant's door. It was a very rushed experience. I do not appreciate the merchant telling me to 'double check with my boyfriend' when he and I both agreed on the general experience as far as the time frame. We both looked at the time on our own phones. He also thought I was out of there too soon. Plus just because I'm Deaf didn't mean that I couldn't hear anything when we first arrived - I can hear with my hearing aids in and she did not speak directly to me at all, only to my boyfriend. I just can't hear with my hearing aids OUT which was for the duration of the experience as they cannot get wet. There are also plenty of ways to communicate/check in with any Deaf person and instead, I got shoved up when it was time to dry my hair instead of nicely tapped on the shoulder and given a gesture that it was time to sit up. I get a better and more relaxing scalp massage when I go to a salon for a haircut. If you just want someone to shampoo your hair and give you a clinical experience, go for it. But if you're like me and you are looking for a relaxing experience that might put you to sleep, don't bother.

WOW! This was an incredible experience! Not only is my tension gone, my scalp has never felt more healthy. Eva is very kind and professional, and her salon is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
