I had an incredible experience at The Sense in South San Jose. I booked a 80 minutes head massage and left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully calming—perfect for unwinding. They are professional and attentive, with just the right pressure and technique. What stood out was how personalized the treatment felt. They took their time and didn’t rush, which made a big difference. I could feel the tension melt away within minutes, and I walked out with a clear mind and relaxed body. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a true escape from daily stress!

This is my second time at the sense spa. They have other locations and it was my first time coming to their san jose location. First of all the facility is very clean and hygienic. They keep everything so organized and it felt immediate relaxing to come inside. They first started off with a scalp analysis with a camera and I was shocked to see how dry and irritated my scalp was especially after bleaching my hair 3 times within a year. You can literally see the dry skin sticking to my hair follicles. It was gross to look at honestly, so luckily I knew I was in the right place to get this fixed. The employee recommended I get the repair and anti-sensitivity treatment and do the hair growth activation add on. I felt so relaxed and pampered for the 1.5 hours of the treatment. They truly deep clean the scalp and give the best head and neck massage ever. I think this is so worth doing and no one can deep clean like these ladies do. Highly recommend this experience!

Bay Area Hair Therapy Experience I just saw a recommendation on Xiaohongshu for a new wet/dry hair therapy center in South Bay. I was super interested and immediately sent a private message to their WeChat official account. Since it's new, the prices are super good. My regular treatment is $154, but on Thursdays, it's $79 per session. That's like half price! After I went, I felt like I'd opened the door to a new world. First, I got a scalp assessment. I discovered my right scalp is more sensitive. The therapist prescribed a repair and anti-allergy kit. Then I got changed. My clothes were super clean and soft, made of pure cotton. My hair was washed, and the therapist's technique was very gentle, though I ended up dozing off. All I remember was the refreshing, pleasant fruity scent of the shampoo. Then, I went through a series of treatments. Finally, I was given a super cool mint scalp hydrating serum. It felt so soothing and healing. I'm totally crazy about this scalp hydrating serum. I was then taken to the dry hair area for a blow-dry. The therapist was incredibly gentle, treating every strand of my hair with care. I felt I'd been too rough with my own blow-drying. The therapist then brought me a steam eye mask. She was incredibly considerate. The service was truly attentive. After my hair was dry, they began a scalp massage. At first, I didn't feel much of a sensation. Then, I told the therapist I needed a little more pressure. I felt incredibly understood. Finally, they applied hair oil to the ends of my hair. Overall, I give it a perfect 100. I couldn't fault the service at all. It feels like even a Bay Area worker can enjoy such a comfortable hair treatment. It was incredibly satisfying. And all the products are organic and plant-based, which gives me peace of mind.
