It started out great and was nice. The work done is proficient, however it is not relaxing. I couldn't enjoy. I felt during the scalp treatment that my hair was constantly pulled and that it was rough. The worst part was when I went to pay they told me two times to open my wallet and then when i sent the payment via zelle they asked me how much I sent to them? I told them the normal price but would pay tip in cash. When I looked through my wallet for a decent tip they were disappointed with what they received and just didn't say anything to me afterwards. Terrible attitudes. I won't be coming here again.

Best experience ever and highly recommend to anyone who wants to rejuvenate The treatment itself was very relaxing and they were very attentive to every detail and movements. The interior was very relaxing as well. Thank you for your help! Would 100% visit again

From start to finish, the service was very thoughtful. The therapist first checked my scalp condition and chose the right essential oil for me. The massage technique was detailed and relaxing — the best head spa experience I’ve had in the Bay Area!

The environment here is clean and relaxing. The therapist is very professional, and the whole head spa session helped me fully relax. My scalp feels refreshed and I’m sleeping much better now. Highly recommend!

Zoe was AMAZING. I really enjoyed the massage and overall experience. She was very professional and helpful. The overall quality was above and beyond. They used high quality products: She is a perfectionist and worked really hard to give me the best and most satisfying experience. She used a lot of pressure to get the knots out.
