⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 100 stars, I would!) This experience was beyond anything we could have imagined. I originally thought we were just going in for a head spa and deep cleaning of my hair, but it turned out to be so much more. From start to finish, it was the best hour spent! I treated my best friend and myself for some girl time while on vacation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Not only did we get the amazing head spa and hair wash, but we were also treated to facial cleansing, a soothing massage, and even a hot stone body massage. Every part of the service exceeded our expectations. We actually stumbled across this place by pure luck—me coming from New York and my best friend from Miami, meeting here for vacation—and we are so glad we did. It was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back whenever we’re in town.

I had my first hydrotherapy Friday at this location with Annette. What an amazing Japanese relaxation experience. Annette was superb and the owner of the spa. She learned all her techniques for hydrotherapy in Japan and she has over 10 years experience. You will feel so relaxed and better when you experience the therapy treatment. I highly recommend Annette and you should definitely try this process. I totally loved the 60 minutes experience. Thank you Annette! You were wonderful! ♥️♥️♥️

This was an amazing experience. Now I understand why this spa is always so busy. I came in for the combination of facial yoga and head spa therapy and it was fantastic. As a healthcare professional I can say this was truly inspiring and provided relaxation as well as a level of stress relief I have never experienced. I have been to other head spas in the Orlando area and in my opinion nothing comes close to this place. Staff has training directly from Japan and has made several trips there to advance their techniques. Highly recommend Annette and her team!!!

As a heads up, if you’re using Google maps it might not take you to the right place Use the Milesthetics pin on Google maps instead. I posted a picture of what the front looks like to help! I got a little lost but she was really nice and helped me find my way 🙂 This is one of those buildings that have shared private rooms inside. You can wait at the front if she’s still with a client. Absolutely loved the head spa 60 mins treatment for $100!! The whole experience was so relaxing and affordable. I had a migraine on and off for 9 days and bad allergies so my face was feeling really full and puffy but she helped depuff my face 🙂 I feel so much better today after her treatment! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you 🙂

My sister and I were in desperate need of relaxation and self-care, and Serenity delivered beyond our expectations. I was with Pilar, and my sister was with Annette — and let me just say, they were both absolutely incredible. Pilar had such a gentle, healing touch that instantly melted away the stress I didn’t even realize I was carrying. And Annette gave my sister the kind of care that left her glowing from the inside out. You can feel how passionate and intentional they both are about what they do. The head spa treatment was next-level — from the soothing scalp massage to the aromatherapy, the entire experience felt like a deep exhale. We left feeling refreshed, emotionally lighter, and more connected with ourselves and each other. If you’re looking to unwind, reset, and be completely taken care of — this is the place.
