The world deserves to know the amazing of a hairstylist Ari is and the passion behind her head spa! She’s the real deal! I had been dealing with major scalp issues and not only did she customized a natural truly organic holistic treatment to my scalp’s needs but did a through analysis of my scalp (and her analysis was right on point). Even the tea was balanced to my scalp’s needs! Mind you I had been to another head spa and they didn’t get even do 10% of what she did! The Welcome Head Spa service is worth the treatment! Also, the spa is beautiful and super peaceful and cozy! If you’re looking for a one on one scalp treatment- this is should be your go to!

This was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. I felt special and the treatment was individual. My hair looked phenomenal afterwards, the shine and dimensions I didnt know were there. It was just a time to feel pampered and did I mention relaxing? I already made appointment for next time because, wow! Worth every penny, and then some.

What a wonderful experience!! I don’t think my scalp or hair has ever been this clean! Aris is incredibly knowledgeable about both hair and scalp health, and the entire service left me feeling truly pampered and cared for from start to finish. Her technique and attention to detail are unmatched — I learned so much about my scalp while also enjoying a deeply relaxing experience. I left feeling refreshed, with my hair looking and feeling amazing.

I had been wanting to try one of these places since I had seen them on social media and a friend of mine had been to one and highly recommended it. To get the time and date that I needed to receive the Welcome Package took time to book out, as the services take a couple of hours. I completed a questionnaire online prior to my appointment that had questions about how I was feeling, diet and water intake, how often I wash my hair, what is my hair type, etc. From that questionnaire, a profile is created based on my answers and compiled into a report that includes my dosha - which represents my body's natural state of equilibrium. The report included recommendations for hair and skin care, foods to avoid and to prefer, hair and scalp analysis (with close up photos of before and after), shampoo recommendations and vitamins/oils for hair and scalp care. I felt the report was very insightful and felt spot on (foods I was told to avoid were ones I either didn't like or gave me indigestion!) and I learned a lot from the stylist, Aris. A mixture of natural oils were warmed and applied all over my scalp and was then massaged in. A custom hair mask was applied and then a steam set for about 15 minutes. This was followed by several washings and more massages with tea tree and other aroma therapy - it was a heavenly experience! The end includes a Dominican blowout and styling and another close up look of your scalp and hair follicles after the treatment. My hair and scalp has never felt better (I have sebherric dermatitis and this was great) and I look forward to including the recommendations from True Crown Head Spa to continue improving my hair and skin health! I will also be incorporating the other treatments recommended every 8-10 weeks for maintenance and part of my self care regimen! The spa is in a strip mall type complex with ample parking and next to a Wawa on Aloma Ave. Very private and you are buzzed into the spa from the inside. Are you looking for a knowledgeable, detailed, relaxing spa experience? Look no further!! This is my first visit and it will not be my last. I am by far amazed with what I saw on the screen. She was very knowledgeable and detailed on how to take care of my scalp then don’t let me get into the amazing massage! She honestly made the atmosphere and the whole experience an escape. She’s so kind and caring. Thank you so much for my excellent experience and my beautiful blow out.
