WOW! My friend and I are still talking about how incredible this experience was! The space, the energy, the massage everything was perfection. Grissell and her team made us feel so comfortable and cared for. My scalp feels amazing and I left feeling like a new person. 1000/10 recommend!

Although I didn't personally visit this spa… According to my wife’s experience: My wife and my mother-in-law went in today for a birthday present for my mother-in-law, and my wife came home with tangled hair and was visibly upset with how the owner, Grissell, treated her during the service. Her experience/opinion below: According to my wife, she was shivering and felt stressed throughout the service, as she said the owner declined to use warm water. She also felt that her hair was brushed roughly, which she believes led to multiple areas of matting near her scalp. My wife typically goes to a different head spa in Winter Park and has never told me about a negative experience there. In my opinion — based on what I was told and saw — I'm not sure how you can call this a “spa” experience if you ignore your clients' requests and make them uncomfortable during their service. EDIT: The owner replied stating this review doesn't reflect an actual visit — as my review stated, I have not personally been to this location and cannot speak for it myself. What I can attest to is the state of my wife's hair and her emotional condition when she arrived home.

displeased to say the least. ive been to other head spas and have never felt so uncomfortable until this service. the owner did my service and some of the big things to note was the cold water all throughout my service (even though i asked for warmer temperature she said no because the product won’t work) and i was shivering and uncomfortable… this was met with painful hair brushing and my hair is not super curly, and at the end of my stressful session she shined a bright light in my face to check my skin without even warning me there would be a bright light super close in my face after sitting in the dark for an hour. whats interesting is that my mom had a service as well by another girl there and didn’t have any of these problems, and her hair is very curly and she also had a facial done. im not sure what the owners problem is but that was so unpleasant. leaving the spa looking like i have a birds nest on my head because the owner of a head spa didn’t know how to brush my hair note: the owner didn’t say anything to me, she didn’t tell me it was going to be freezing cold water the whole time, there was no communication until i asked for warm water because i was shivering. she has little to no customer service skills and needs to listen to the paying clients that keep her business open. and next time make sure the hot items you are using on the shoulder and neck to not feel burning hot, i flinched when that was applied because it was too hot. during my service i was questioning why she was being this way to me!!!

She was so kind and accommodating. I was kind of nervous about the techniques and treatments bc of my hair type but when I say my hair came out GOOOD. First of all my scalp felt so clean afterwards and my strands were brought back to life. Definitely going back.

All I can say is woow. Treatment and customer service 100%. The ladies were amazing and we were even a little late due to gps throwing us off and the ladies were still accommodating and nice and treated us amazing. Had a scalp massage with facial and that did not disappoint. The facial was amazing. I just wish the scalp massage would've been a little harder but then again I have thick hair but it was still relaxing and felt great. Will definitely come back again. Thank you ladies for your service.
