I gave a reference photo of me a couple years ago with a haircut I frequently get (very achievable there was no issue with my reference photo) when i walked out i was happy with what I got because it was slightly wet and I couldn't see it for what it was. I went home and dried it, I had one extra inch of bangs on either side, only layer in the back and none in the front and my bangs were framed unevenly (I didn't even want the bangs framed) I tried to style is three different ways and nothing worked, I was almost crying at that point. I went back and told them about it and said I wanted a refund and they kept telling me all they could offer was to fix it. I said I wasn't comfortable with that because I've have three haircuts from different stylists there and they've all turned out awful. The manager was rolling her eyes and basically blaming me for seeming happy about it when I left. She told me I couldn't have a refund until I threaten to take pictures and call corporate, suddenly I was able to get a refund but she banned us from coming back. The stylist was very kind and even apologized, she was not a problem at all, she did great with my brothers hair, just not with women's hair I guess. The manager was just awful.

Affordable & accommodating! No frills & no fuss - love that I don’t have to spend all day at the salon anymore. Came in for a haircut and full highlights, added eyebrow waxing last minute (spent BELOW $200!!) So convenient that I didn’t have to go to another spot for my eyebrows. Lina was professional, kind, and experienced. I will definitely be coming back for any of my beauty needs. Appointments & walk-ins welcome.

Lina did excellent work on my hair! I got a shampoo and cut for less than $80. She cut my very long hair exactly as I described to her and I love it! This will be our families new go-to hair salon!

Been coming here for my lip and eyebrows for a few years but this week decided id try my hair , nails , and eyelashes. I can say it was definitely beyond my expectations, I expressed what I wanted and it was delivered perfectly! Thank you !!
