I was gifted the 60min Signature Head Spa for my birthday and loved it! India was so sweet and considerate throughout the entire experience. She truly customizes the experience by asking you about your scalp, hair, and then creates a treatment for you. She even goes as far as asking you if you would prefer a non-heated bed, how much pressure you like on your scalp, and asks you to communicate during your service if you don’t like the way a hair tool feels on your scalp. My favorite parts were the aromatherapy, heated bed, and relaxing music during my service. This was so comforting, especially as someone who had never been to a head spa before! The spa is super clean and beautiful — you feel relaxed as soon as you step in. I’m looking forward to gifting this service to a family member this Christmas!

Oh my goodness, this place was amazing!! My friend and I did the 90 minute package, so we spent 45 minutes in the zero gravity chair and had a 45 minute head spa. It was so relaxing and my hair felt so clean! We both loved it! This would be a lovely Mother's day gift, but truly, anyone would enjoy this. The only constructive critique I might provide is maybe having a heated blanket or a heated table for the head spa. It was a cold day out, so when the water stopped for a massage part, I felt a tiny bit cold. But I truly think it would be icing on an already amazing cake. I highly recommend Pamper Me spa, I will be back again!

I had my first-ever scalp detox head spa experience, and it was absolutely incredible. The 90-minute session left me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and created the perfect calming atmosphere. India was absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire treatment. She made sure I was comfortable and took great care in each step of the process. Not only did I leave feeling completely at ease, but my hair looked and felt amazing afterward—soft, refreshed, and full of life. This was such a treat, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, indulgent experience!

Had my first ever head spa experience with India last week and needless to say, I will be back!! India was so knowledgeable and helpful during the consultation process and recommended products that will help me get my scalp's health under control. I got the signature head spa with the scalp detox added on and it was incredible. The before and after was great to see and my hair has never felt softer / less frizzy. I can't wait for the next time I visit!

Pamper Me Head Spa ,was the best gift I could have given myself for this milestone birthday. India has gifted hands. My spa treatment not only restored and relax my head and my body, it soothe my soul. All hair types, including African American curly girls are treated to a royal experience.
