I've never been to a Scalp spa before so wasn't sure exactly what to expect. It was easy to schedule my appointment through Vagaro and I received reminders and was able to quickly access and complete my paperwork ahead of time. The space was beautiful and calming and the experience was relaxing and informative. Bethany did a wonderful job making sure I knew what to expect during every step of the process and answered all my questions. I left with a clear understanding of my scalp type as well as recommended products. My hair is soft and shiny and my scalp feels so clean. I would recommend trying Hayur for all you scalp needs!

We got my daughter a hair package for her birthday. Bethany treated her great and was very informative about products that could be beneficial. She said she loved it. The Spa was welcoming and the ambiance was just as we expected to be - very relaxing. The price was reasonable for the services that were delivered.

I rarely leave reviews but for what I just spent the whole process was nothing at all what I expected. And seemed not quite there on professionalism and just how she handled everything. I personally have had many massages and spa treatments and this was subpar. I paid $130 for the 60 min treatment for my teen daughter for part of her birthday-who recieved maybe 40 min. The first thing she said was “wow that didn’t feel like an hour”. A few minutes would be different. It’s located in these rooms that are surrounded by other businesses and people and you walk out of one room and into another. The person we dealt with was lacking to say the least in people skills. I would maybe pay $50 for what we recieved. It’s important to gain returning customers as a new business. Unfortunately I would rather drive to Charlotte and probably pay about the same or maybe more for a much better experience. We won’t be back. If you’re gonna charge real spa costs, give a better full experience.
