Jiyoung was an incredible aesthetician! What a wonderful experience—it truly felt like being treated like a princess. This place is a must-visit when you need to relax and recharge. The Japanese head spa paired with the Korean glass skin care treatment was absolutely amazing. A perfect combo that left me feeling refreshed and glowing!

This was my first time visiting the Plano branch of Aoki Head Spa, I have been to their McKinney branch twice. As always, my experience was phenomenal! Ji and Caitlin did a great job right from the moment I stepped in. I got the 'Special Me' package which includes the head spa and facial. All the processes were done with attention to detail. I will definitely come back soon!

My daughter treated me to the most amazing Korean Glass Skin facial as an early birthday present & it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Tiffany was so attentive and did an incredible job! The owner, Jihee, was so very kind and knowledgeable on all the services. They have done an amazing job transforming this location to an incredible zen spa. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. Ji and Jihee are so kind and experienced. They treated us so wonderfully which made the experience so much better. They made me feel so comfortable and lead me to options that would help treat my hair problem. I have a problem with hair loss and I feel so insecure about my hair. When I was sat down in front of the mirror, I felt so beautiful and my hair looked amazing. Both my fiance and me had a wonderful time. I feel so relaxed and confident ❤️ I’m also someone who doesn’t drink very often, but their champagne was so good and it relaxed me even more. I can’t wait to come back again.

Alexis did a wonderful job on my hair. I have locs and I called ahead to make sure that they could accommodate as some head spas don’t do dreadlocks. They said no problem. I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by staff. Alexis had micro locs herself so I knew I was in good hands. I got the 2 hour facial and head spa combo. Let me tell you - I have not been as relaxed as I was in a long time. I fell asleep several times I was at such peace. It was exactly what I needed. We came here to celebrate a friend that is getting married right after going to Bloom Lounge for brunch. It was so good and they served us drinks after. Tip for the black hair girlies - bring your hair supplies for after. Alexis knows how to work with our hair and had I known I would have been a bit more prepared. She twisted my front though I didn’t have loc twist gel. You have to try it out and ask for Alexis if you are a sis 🙂
