I was gifted a spa gift card and was quite excited for my first head spa, especially after delivering a baby. However when booking online, I was not able to use the gift card to secure an appointment. Also, upon arrival for my appointment, I was waiting about 15 minutes with no one to greet me and check me in. I had to call the facility while sitting there to finally have someone come to the front. When the treatment began with Dina, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I just wish I was able to use the gift card more efficiently.

I visited the Frisco & McKinney location for the Korean Glass Skin treatment, and it was an amazing experience. I didn’t realize how bad my skin condition was until they showed me the detailed analysis using their advanced Art of Edge machine. Jihee, my esthetician, was incredibly skilled and treated me with such care and attention, making me feel like a truly valued customer. After just one treatment, I noticed a visible improvement in my skin — smoother, clearer, and glowing. Jihee also gave me great advice on how to maintain healthy skin going forward. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We came for my sister in laws birthday and had a great experience. We did the love me more treatment and I totally recommend. I had Tiffany and she was very kind and skilled! I will definitely come back.

Where do I start? First off, walking in, the ambience of the spa is so relaxing and it’s beautifully decorated inside. The staff is so very friendly here! I wanted to treat my mother for Mother’s Day so she got the Special Me package and I got the Korean Glass Skin Facial for myself and WOW. The owner, Jihee, took amazing care of me and I feel like my skin has had the most amazing refresh that it so desperately needed! I finished a little sooner than my mother and was able to chat with Jihee for a bit about the different treatments and the machines, etc. I’ve had facials before but never one like this, let alone a Korean facial and I can’t say enough good things! It was totally different than your traditional facials at the med spas and the fact that it’s actual Korean products and technology, obviously makes it that more appealing. After discovering Korean skincare products, and hearing about how great their formulas are (and seeing how amazing Jihee looks for her age), I’ve been dying to visit Aoki since they opened and I found them on instagram. So happy I finally was able to come by! Definitely will be back to try more of their different spa treatments. They have really good packages and deals as well, so I’ll probably take advantage sooner than later of those! Highly highly recommend to anyone needing a good spa day and 100% recommend the Korean Glass Skin Facial cause my skin definitely feels and looks like glass now! Thank you guys so much for the hospitality and the tea is a nice bonus at the end

I came to the McKinney location for an appointment with the doctor for botox treatment. Both the doctor and the owner of the spa are so kind and professional. Will be definately comeing back♡
