Oh my GOODNESS. If you’re looking for some of the most relaxing hours you could have, this is the place for you! I booked a two hour service: a Swedish massage & the healing head spa treatment and it was honestly fantastic. The lobby of the spa is beautiful, and the front desk staff are so kind and informative! They show you a detailed view of your scalp prior to service, explain what’s on the screen (SO interesting btw!), and then guide you to your room. They make sure to give you any information you may need prior to the service, so it’s great if it’s your first time with any of their services. The room was so peaceful, beautifully decorated, and cute as a button! The head massage and scalp cleaning was incredible—-and all their products smelled AMAZING! And the massage had hot stones, and was incredibly helpful with working through some tough knots I had! The pricing was great, the staff was so informative and kind, and I felt like I could just unplug while I was there. It was a belated birthday gift to myself, and I’m SO glad I did it and will be back again soon!!!

I came to Fort Worth to visit my good friend, and she booked a two-hour head spa and full-body package for us, including a back scrub — it was absolutely amazing! The private room had a great atmosphere, and the products smelled wonderful. These two hours melted away all the fatigue from my journey!

I have been looking forward to this experience for quite some time, and unfortunately it was not great for me. I do want to start out saying my hair is very long and I did know about the possibility of tangling as the website stated. I even left a note when reserving that one had very long hair. My experience: Upon arrival so friendly, clean, decor is so pretty, room looked so cute and my girlfriends and I were very excited. We all three had a different experience and techniques done to our head and massage. My friends both had females and I had a male. At first i was a little worried because of the way he was washing my hair, and was concerned for the tangling. I thought I was just in my head so I tried to relax and just trust the process as they are the professionals. Next thing I know my hair is being parted vertically in 3 sections and then horizontally in sections and when he reached the “tangled” part he RIPPED my hair to break the tangles free. I told him it was hurting and he kept proceeding. I then started to get really worried and my hair still needed to rinsed. Fast forward, he brings out his blow dryer and I requested to not blow dry as I don’t normally blow dry my hair and I’m okay with it not. Then he goes and gets another guy and he said we needed to do 50% dry. And I said I normally don’t dry my hair. As the man was coming through my hair he would grab the bundle of hair and with a wide toothed comb he just pulled the comb through my hair ripping it further. I asked to stop, and we all were done. After getting dressed I looked at the bowl and there was hair EVERYWHERE, enough that there was a bundle/hairball of my hair on the floor next to the bowl, and for size my friend noticed it from the second bed over in a dim room. It was A LOT of hair. All in all it was a traumatic experience where I had to have my hair cut, because of the severity of the ripping done to my hair…5 inches and it needed more but I just can’t. I do not recommend doing this if you have anything beyond shoulder length. I’m very sad about this experience because I’ve wanted it for so long and if my hair was too long I think communicating that it was would have been great due to honesty and caring for your client verses taking my $125 and loosing a substantial amount of my hair! I have attached image of my hair currently and how short some of my hair is from the ripping and what it was 2 weeks ago.
