Enjoyed it all and will definitely return. The full body chair massage squeezes your shoulders and below the knees to feet. I recommend light setting if you are sensitive. I did not where make up or product in my hair. They do have makeup wipes if you do. The neck and arms massage was the icing on the cake. The whole process is relaxing and no pushy sales to buy anything extra. Definitely recommend this location. My scalp felt so clean and my hair felt so soft.

Summary: Poor n Expensive I was really looking forward to this, seeing videos and TikTok’s about head spas, I wanted this to be a relaxing experience. I was taken here by my friend who has been here before and at the end of it all, she also said her last experience was SO much better. They do the whole analysis in the beginning showing you how gross your scalp is, all this stuff is pretty cool, but I was just interested in the massage. The whole experience at this place is just having someone wash your hair… but not in the relaxing/deep scratch way you would get from an hair salon. They wear glove during the whole process which I hated, you can actually hear and feel the latex gloves squeak as they wash your hair with it. The massage was sub par, the scrub wasn’t strong enough and when I told her to go stronger, all it did was make the gloves squeak louder. The experience felt short and they also had relaxing music playing while some of their workers or another customer was on their phone on what had to be the highest volume. Overall experience was super disappointing… my friend told me the last time she was there, it was a longer experience, they didn’t wear latex gloves, and it was actually relaxing. Bad experience, won’t be coming back. I still have faith that head spas are amazing, just not this one.

Had a sister’s date today, utilizing the 25% discount for the 60 minute head spa and we had an amazing experience. It was a group of three, our spot was at 2pm and they were ready for us and on time. The massage beds are nice, I have lower back pain and they were very accommodating, they have multiple settings and they offered blankets. The scalp massage and cleanse was extremely relaxing and our comfort was high priority. It was a full scalp/hair service along with a mini facial and neck shoulder massage. We really enjoyed all phases of treatment. I will note the facility is older and in a retail shop, inside was clean and well maintained. I did not feel rushed and received quality service especially given the cost. Highly recommend and we will be returning. ‍♀️

Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

This is great for your first time at a head spa! My hair did feel great when leaving but just a few things took me by surprise. We weren’t told what all was happening or what to expect next so it wasn’t the easiest to stay relaxed. My 5’10 sister couldn’t fit length wise in the chair either due to the massage foot rest. So she had to leave her legs out of it or else she would have been pushed too far up in the chair. At one point the towel on my face covered my nose while she poured water on the towel and it got pretty claustrophobic. I also am unsure what product was used during the facial but it left my face pretty dry so I made sure to re-wash it immediately once home. It’s my fault for not realizing the 30 minute didn’t include before and after pics of my scalp, I had been looking forward to that. And I wish I had researched ahead of time as I thought they also had the halo waterfall but they don’t. They used a cold hand shower head but I was warm so the cold actually felt nice. Whether it was meant to be cold or not ha
