Update: I've changed my review. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and the polish always holds up. I'm 4 days in and several nails are already looking horrible. So disappointing. A waste of money and time. Such a great mani/pedi. To be honest, one of the best Ive ever had. I will for sure be back. And I can't wait to try the head spa!

I can only speak to the nail services, but I would not recommend duo. I booked with friends for a Saturday girls afternoon out, and when we arrived the spa had clearly overbooked nail services as we were all significantly delayed. I booked the overdue pedicure because I was truly overdue, and the service I received was barely an adequate quick service. I did not get any massage, I think the technician took one pass on my feet and ankles with sugar scrub before washing it off, and my cuticles and nail shape are subpar. The polish does not even go to the end of my nails. I had to ask at checkout to revise the service charge, and what I paid was way too much for the service I received. The real problem came when I moved to my manicure. The technician was wrenching on my cuticles and skin so hard that I ended up bleeding on two fingers. Then when my hands went in the light to cure the color gel polish my nail beds felt like they were literally on fire. The technician next to me kept saying it was because it was builder gel, but I have had gel/shellac manicures and pedicures for over a decade and I've never pulled my hand out of the light from pain. The tech ended up having to redo 4 fingers on one hand because of polish bubbling which he blamed me for. Looking at the end result today a day after the hand that I bit my tongue and didn't rip out of the light is also bubbled so I don't think it was fully my fault I think the polish was too thick and unevenly applied. One hand is thick and bubbled at the end of my nails while the other hand doesn't have polish to the end of my nail. My shape was terrible, my nails were short going in but not one nail was even which is what I asked for just to even things out in a soft square. Very disappointing especially for the price. I did not partake in the head spa service so I cannot comment, but I am in no rush to go back.

I got the spa scalp service. It was decent but there are a few issues that I had that made me remove 2 stars. 1. It’s a spa service in a hair and nail salon. There isn’t any separation between the nail services and the spa service. 2. In a normal spa you would get a robe. With this service you do not which would help with the arm, neck and shoulder massage they provide. If you were provided a robe it would help with how wet your neck and the back of your clothes will get. 3. It did feel a little rushed. In the end of the service I was getting my hair into a state that public worthy and I had to use a hair station and it was clear it needed to be used, which is fine, but again, if this was real spa there would be a locker room or changing area for me to handle my hair. 4. The scalp analysis didn’t seem worth it. I probably could’ve bought my own camera and did the same thing. Everything said about my scalp I knew. Overall it was okay, my hair is clean and it’s always a treat to have someone wash your hair.

Finally used my gift certificate from my b-day and this experience didn't disappoint AT ALL! We were greeted with smiles and a nice chill vibe. We had wine while we waited and then they took us back. I enjoyed every moment and felt like I was truly pampered from head to toe! I walked out feeling refreshed and super relaxed ☺️

Julia was the absolute best! I loved it here and it’s the best ever mani pedi of my life. Would give more stars if I could! Great salon/spa.
