This review is long overdue and I never do reviews. Given how incredible my experience was, however I felt it was important for me to write this. I was under tremendous stress when I booked my appointment and actually had to move my appointment on the same day and Sophia Was incredibly communicative And malleable to what I was dealing with at work. From the minute, I walked in you could feel how caring she was. She began with a scalp analysis Using state of the art technology and then came up with a plan for my Scalp Massage. All I can say is that for about 45 minutes she let me escape the world. She was intuitive, kind, professional, but most importantly, caring that I enjoy and relax. It was the first time I had ever had a Scalp Massage in this way, but I left there calm and knowing that I would return for repeat appointments. If you’re on the fence, trust me book an appointment. I left, feeling revived, relaxed, and happy. Sophia Texted me about an hour later to make sure it was up to what I expected. Again, complete professionalism and customer service. I will be back every time life allows, and would encourage anyone considering the service to just do it. You will love it

I had such a relaxing and refreshing experience at the scalp spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I saw Sofia, and she was absolutely amazing, so gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained each step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My scalp feels so clean, and my hair already looks healthier and shinier. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend booking with Sofia! ‍♀️✨

**I want to come back and say that the employees of Serene Scalp Spa went above and beyond to make up for my first experience. Brooklyn the manager called and sincerely apologized for my first experience and offered a complimentary service to make up for it. I came back and saw Sofia and she was incredible!! She truly went above and beyond. The service was wonderful and so relaxing. I was shocked at the difference in my scalp from before and after. Sofia is extremely talented and so kind. Very personable and easy to talk to! I highly recommend her and this spa. It is really nice to see a company reach out to a customer who didn't have a great experience and make it right- I find that is very rare these days. Thank you Serene Scalp- I will be back! I am sad to say I was disappointed in my service at Serene Scalp Spa. I booked the Luxury experience with Ella. On the website this service is listed as a 75 minute experience. My appointment was at 10am, I was out of the bed by 10:47 and out the door by 11:00am. I knew it felt short, but thought maybe I misread the description online- but after double checking I was correct that the entire experience was meant to be 75 minutes. I was still charged the full $200. The head massage was not nearly long enough and the pressure was so light I could barely feel it. I also thought tools would be used during the head massage as that is what has been used at other head spas I’ve been to. I will also say that I was never shown an “after” of my scalp to see the improvement. So I honestly don’t know if my scalp is cleaner. Ella was very sweet and professional, but overall this was not worth the money. I have had much more luxurious and relaxing head spa experiences in Metro Detroit for less money.

I had an appointment with Sofia and it was amazing! Sofia is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, she’s great at what she does! My hair felt so clean and shiny, I loved the results. Overall I had such a nice experience and will definitely be back.:)

I had an appointment with Sofia at Serene Scalp Spa yesterday and it was lovely! Sofia was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The experience was entirely positive, and my hair and scalp feel amazing. I arrived a bit stressed and was completely relaxed when I left. I can't recommend this enough and already made my next appointment!
