Very peaceful and intimate setting. Staff was friendly and professional. The care and warmth spoke volumes!!! I will definitely be going back here soon. The setting was not intimidating and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. I recommend the hydro head spa with a facial (which included arm & feet massages). Spa music was set to the right tone and the room was dimmed with clean sheets. As I received the facial and the head spa treatment, the bed had a massage roller which did wonders for my back and tushy.

Such a relaxing experience. I enjoyed the 90 minute Business Class treatment, it was such a treat. Hannie did my service and was amazing! I have been to several Head Spas around Houston, and this one by far was the best in my opinion. Can’t wait to come back and bring my friends!

It was such a great experience, a much needed one. The staff were so friendly and super gentle. They were always very friendly and let you know what was happening. It was super relaxing and comfortable. My hair is skin and hair is super soft and smells really good. We’re definitely coming back here again!

LOVED IT HERE! My friends and I were looking for something to do last minute during our day trip to Houston, and we found this place. We called, and they were able to accommodate us. We had a 90-minute head and facial spa massage, and we all felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time here, and let me tell you....omg, I feel completely spoiled!!! Kaitlyn was my lady for the day, and man, she was so good! So attentive, so nice, with the magic hands, she gave me the best time with my head feel so spoiled, clean and relaxing! It feel so good I fell asleep, sorry Kaitlyn if I snore too loud The spa place was so clean & cute with the travel theme (inspired by the owner love of traveling) I love the soothing music & the skyline twinkle lights as if you are on the plan business class. That chair i lay on has this massage function, that immediately put you in a relaxing mood, and sleep I need to make this a regular visit bc you definitely feel rejuvenated, spoiled, clean, relaxing, and just pure joy. After all, if you dont care for your self, who would right Thank you Bella Gaia team, and Kaitlyn for an awesome experience. I will be back ♥️
