I swear the person who worked on me was blessed with Angelic hands. She tended to me perfectly. There's four scents to choose from; Cherry Blossom (what I chose), Lavender, Peppermint, and Haruka? (I think that's how it's pronounced but I'm not certain. Anyway, we went into the consultation and went over my haircare routine and she showed me the buildup I did have and informed me of my hair health (which is much better than I thought). We then went into the spa room and she explained everything I needed and told me where to put my things and to be as comfortable as I could be. Once my earbuds were in she only talked to me at the beginning to inform me what the plan was. She worked on me with my hair, skin, and facial with the sound of music and water. It was MAGICAL. I'm sure if I wanted to talk to her the whole time she would've indulged me but man I was so nervous about getting it done that I was silent and then I was SILENCED by her amazing technique. I genuinely was in and out of sleep the entire 80 minutes. I'm disabled and it's easy to hurt me, even with medium pressure not once did she hurt me. I was relaxed, loving every second and I came out of the experience with knowledge on how to take care of my hair and my fiancé's! She gave me information on anything and everything I asked. The atmosphere, hospitality, and service was an 11/10 experience. I absolutely plan on treating myself to this again sometime soon!!!

Friendly staff, they took care of us quickly on a busy Mother's Day weekend. I went with 5 ladies, and we all had to sign a short form, had our hair assessed for thickness and length because they charge $10 more for each. This is up to the hair tech to decide. While I liked the hair, neck & shoulder massage, I wasn't as relaxed as I hoped I would be. It was ok for me, but some of the girls said they loved their massage. Still, it was a nice experience. After our hair was washed, we were slightly rushed to complete the final steps of the drying and treatment process because one of the techs announced that they had a party of 8 incoming. I believe that's the max they can accommodate for the hair spa.

I had a 50 minute Japanese Head Spa treatment with Trisha and it was wonderful! Super relaxing. It starts and ends with a scalp analysis with imaging to compare the scalp’s appearance. There was a noticeable difference in the texture and appearance after the treatment. The first photo is the before, the second photo is the after. I really like that on the spa intake form it asks what concerns one has and what type of scalp pressure is preferred. I felt very pampered and I truly enjoyed my experience. They were doing permanent jewelry in front of the shop and grilling. They offered me a plate but I had to leave to make it to another appointment. I did get to try some from my friend’s plate and the chicken and spicy sauce it was served with was great. Really great experience all the way around. Thank you so much!

I went with my friends and we all got the 50 min head spa treatment. All the ladies were nice. The scalp treatment/massage was great, the massage was unreal- my girl did a great job getting the knots on my shoulders. Some cons/ things be aware of: it did feel a little rushed, to fit everything in 50 min, there is a $10 charge for long or thick/curly hair, and a charge if you're using your debit or credit. But they do take Venmo or Zelle. I would visit again, great service for your self-care routine.

My friend and I had Japanese Head Massages. Must say it was absolutely wonderful. I felt relaxed, uplifted and light the rest of the day. Definitely will be back. Staff was so friendly
