My friend and I want to treat ourself and have some girl’s time,So why not scalp spa right? Elegant Scalp Spa were where we wanna give it a tried. Vibe : The place look nice and clean.A little bit moderate noise which I secretly hope it could be more quiet but anyway vibe was good! By the way,They offered free sodas,tea and coffee OMG we loved it! Service : It’s worth the price and we went since they open in the morning,So not many people yet and all the staffs are nice and friendly.We chose gold package and it’s just what we needed,The only thing I wish it would be different was that they used a varieties of hair product that fit the needed of clients.My hair and my scalp came out great and clean but I’ve been to the other scalp spa and my hair came out softer and smoother that’s all. Parking : Plenty of street parking but make sure to read the signs where you can and can’t park. Overall Do I wanna go back for the second time? Absolutely! It’s a good place overall.

Jenny, was amazing! This was my first time ever getting a scalp massage. I absolutely loved it, my hair feels incredibly clean. The whole treatment was so soothing, relaxing, and pampering. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and ask for Jenny!!

I came in for a deep tissue massage with Jenny and it was perfect. She applied perfect pressure and checked in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was good for me. I can tell she is experienced and knows the body very well bc she commented on my body strength and asked if i exercised which I do. The facilities are clean, staff are kind and professional. Definitely returning!

I came to Elegant Scalp & Body Massage Spa specifically for their scalp spa treatment, but unfortunately, the actual treatment was a bit disappointing. The masseuse was a little too rough — instead of feeling relaxing, parts of the scalp massage were actually uncomfortable and left my scalp feeling sore afterward. The setup and products seemed decent, but overall, the experience lacked the soothing and therapeutic touch I was hoping for. Felt more like a cheap strip mall massage place. Not a total disaster, but I probably wouldn’t return for a scalp treatment here. Edit: It’s disappointing to see the business owner misrepresent the issue raised in my review. My feedback was based solely on the experience I had during my visit — specifically regarding the discomfort caused during the scalp treatment. At no point did I mention pricing, yet their response shifts focus away from the actual concern. If you look at the other 1-star and 2-star reviews — many of them raise similar concerns about the quality and consistency of service I believe it's important for businesses to take feedback constructively and respond with honesty, rather than attempting to redirect or distort the narrative.

Such an amazing experience! The entire length of service is used to make your scalp, head and body feel so relaxed and attended to! Joyce was fantastic! I purchased the Gold Experience 90 min- neck and head massage, full head and scalp clean, hair conditioning, then arm, shoulder, leg and feet massage! WOW! This was my first visit and I’ll be back for sure!
