The reviews are not fake. This place is heaven on Earth. I visited last week and can't stop petting my hair. My head feels SO CLEAN (I didn't even know it was possible for it to be this lightweight and clean??). It was nearly 2 hours of pure bliss. Make sure to ask for Luna - she is a MASTER at her craft. Wow. Wow. Wow. Better than any spa or massage experience in the city. Book immediately!

LOVE M HEAD SPA! First in Rosemead and now in LA. The staff are super attentive, informative, and friendly. They have new services at this location so it’s fun to always try something new. I love how they choose the best products and newest technology. Appointments are easy to book too, online or by phone.

Had an amazing experience at M Head Spa. From the moment my mother and I walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-organized the space was. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it made the whole visit feel even more relaxing. The hospitality was top-tier--everyone was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The staff took the time to listen to exactly what mom needed and made sure she was comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their flexibility. They worked around our schedule with ease and made sure she got an appointment that fit her needs. It's not easy to find a salon that's this accommodating while still delivering great service. If you're looking for a salon that values cleanliness, customer service and convenience, this is definitely the place to go.

I had a treatment here today and it was perfect. Everything from the treatment itself, products, vibes, therapist was amazing. The before and after of my hair was incredible and my hair now feels and smells great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a head spa and relaxing treatment!

This head spa is amazing! The staff is so thorough, nice, and fun to talk to. Their customer care is top notch, my hair has never been shinier, and, and my scalp feels so clean and light. Go here for a scalp treatment like no other!
