My friends and I had a great experience at OC Scalp Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, making us feel completely comfortable. The scalp treatment itself was so relaxin. It felt like a spa day just for head! They also massaged back too. Not only did we leave feeling refreshed, but my scalp has never felt healthier and my hair looks shinier and more vibrant. If you’ve never had a scalp spa treatment before, this is the place to try it. I can’t recommend OC Scalp Spa enough—it’s a hidden gem! We were visiting CA last week.

Do not go here. The risk to your health, safety, and appearance is not worth it. I am still living through the fallout, and no one should ever have to endure what I've experienced. What makes this worse is the spa's complete lack of accountability. Despite repeated emails and deadlines, they have been unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to meaningfully work with me. I last emailed them on August 18, 2025, and never heard back. Instead of addressing the harm they caused, they asked me for unnecessary personal information like my government ID and my doctor’s contacts — information they had no right to demand. At one point, they even offered me only $400 “as a courtesy” — but only if I deleted my review. How many other people have they tried to silence this way? I am writing this after months of suffering from a devastating reaction to a scalp treatment at OC Scalp Spa. Within weeks of my June 6, 2025 visit, my scalp broke out with severe pain, blisters, and inflammation. The damage has been so extreme that I have lost large amounts of my hair — I am now dealing with bald patches and facing the reality that it may never fully grow back. I’ve been forced into months of medical treatment, including: -Multiple dermatologists -An ER visit where I was given IV antibiotics for infection and swelling -Ongoing prescriptions and follow-ups, with no end in sight This has been a traumatizing and expensive nightmare. I have medical records, photos, and doctor notes documenting every stage. Please do not ignore this warning. The spa’s negligence and lack of responsibility caused lasting harm, and their attempts to silence me rather than make things right show exactly what kind of business they are running.

My wife went to OC Scalp Spa and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. What was supposed to be a relaxing treatment has turned into months of suffering. She developed painful blisters and swelling on her scalp that spread into a serious infection. She lost a shocking amount of her hair and now has bald patches — and doctors have warned it may not grow back. She ended up in the ER, hooked up to IV antibiotics, and is still on multiple prescriptions. For weeks now she can't even do normal daily things — she can't go outside in the sun, can’t cook because the heat hurt her scalp, and everything she did was in pain. I had to watch her cry and struggle through this while seeing doctor after doctor. The spa has been unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. They offered her a laughable “settlement” that wouldn’t even cover the cost of her prescriptions. No one should have to go through this. If you value your health, please stay far away from this place.

Had a premium package. It was a nice experience and the massage felt amazing. The hair wash was a bit rough, felt like a little raccoon was scraping my scalp, nonetheless I did not say anything and it wasn't a big deal since it was a brief experience and the rest of the service was awesome. Had my hair dried and I was surprised they use a Dyson hairdryer for not being a hair salon. I was satisfied.
