I had such an amazing experience at this head spa! My specialist, Shirley, was incredibly patient and really took her time with every step. She was so nice, accommodating, and very informative, which made the whole experience feel relaxing and comfortable. The treatment itself felt absolutely amazing - definitely way better than my first head spa experience elsewhere. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend booking with Shirley if you want a relaxing, professional, and uplifting experience!

This spa was amazing! From communicating with me before my appointment up through walking me on my way out, this was a 10/10 experience. Shirley was so welcoming and comforting. This was my first time in a scalp appointment. She walked me through everything before we did it and made every effort to make the appointment relaxing and enjoyable. The facility is extremely nice, quiet, and private. The room is high tech but not sterile- very peaceful with relaxing lighting and soft spa music. The experience itself was definitely worth it. Not only do you get insight into your scalp health with their technology but the scalp treatment is so relaxing even if you don't have major scalp or skin concerns. I am a regular massage client at another facility but might have to subsitute one of my monthly sessions with the scalp massage instead! I would highly recommend this to anyone who either has problems/irritations with their scalp OR just want to try something relaxing. 5 stars- will be back!

They explained each step and used high-quality products that left my scalp feeling fresh and my hair unbelievably soft. I also appreciated the little touches, like warm towels and gentle aromatherapy, which made the whole experience feel extra special. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and with the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax and treat yourself, I can’t recommend Sapphire Head Spa enough!

Absolutely amazing and totally recommend. My sister and I booked and had so much fun. Oiling, hair washing, massage and warm water galore.. what more could you ask for? If you’re thinking about booking , do it! We will definitely be returning!

If you are looking for a sweet and relaxing spot for scalp and neck massage, this is the place you must go! I had a such great experience at this place with Shirley. She is such a sweetheart with the best technique in town. I almost fall asleep during the entire session. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back regularly.
