The most relaxing experience I’ve had in my life and to be honest I had no idea what to expect. My cousin and I decided to add Anni to our monthly self care plan and as we walked in we were immediately transported. The beautiful ambiance, the music and the incredible vibe of the team. The team is well equipped with all the gadgets and while we thought we were just here for a headspa session, we ended up with a mini facial, massage and a well cared scalp. We are truly enamored and will come again.

My partner and I had the most relaxing experience at this head spa! The space was clean and beautifully calming, which instantly put us at ease. The lady who took care of us was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable, especially since I’m pregnant. The entire experience was pure relaxation, from the gentle head massage to the refreshing mini facial. We both left feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend for couples or anyone needing a peaceful escape!

Had a wonderful experience!! I’ve got a toddler at home and am currently pregnant with our second, and it was exactly what I needed. First I got a scalp analysis then went into the session and ended with a blow dry. The specialist was so helpful in making sure we were not using any products harmful to pregnancy, she walked me through exactly what we would be doing, and she did an amazing job. I will absolutely be returning. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Incredibly unprofessional. Had an appointment and no one showed up! I called three times and received no response. I DM’d and received no response. The owner of the salon suites saw me sitting there for a while and told me she hadn’t seen anyone from Anni the whole day, so she was surprised I was even there. After seeing me waiting for so long, she called the owner of the spa as no one had reached out to me or returned my calls. Only then did the owner call me and told me the lady who was supposed to see me “had an accident.” I don’t believe that at all. And if that was the case, was no one ever going to reach out to me to let me know? She told me let’s reschedule for tomorrow, and obviously I’m no longer interested so I asked for a refund since I paid in full (plus tip!). Still waiting for that refund. Absolutely do not recommend.

I booked the “For Two - Head Spa - Arms & Shoulder” treatment during a rare child-free, work-free afternoon. We were so excited after reading the many glowing reviews, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. The session is advertised as an 85-minute treatment, but from start to finish, we were there for only 70 minutes. The actual scalp analysis, treatment, and massage lasted less than 50 minutes. My husband and I spent about 10 minutes trying to understand the time discrepancy with the staff, but eventually let it go and prepared to leave. About 10 minutes later when checking out - without us asking for anything - they offered a 25% discount and said they’d send us a gift card for a complimentary return visit. While the gesture was appreciated, the discount was framed as being due to my misunderstanding of what the service included, which felt dismissive. The treatment itself was also underwhelming. The “scalp analysis” lasted under a minute. The scalp treatment involved products being applied with barely any pressure every so often, filled with long stretches of inactivity. The arms and shoulder massage was similarly lackluster - more of a light touch than an actual massage. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and unskilled, which is especially disappointing given the rave reviews and premium pricing. A real letdown - especially for what was meant to be a rare, restorative afternoon.
