Scalp treatment was relaxing, there was a lot of attention to detail. Neck and shoulder massage, heated eye mask, and sheet mask. They didn't dry my hair all the way though. In their defense I do have a lot of hair but my hair was still damp near the scalp when I left. Also the lash lift in comparison to the previous one I had at a different location was kind of lack luster. It looks like when I attempted to do it myself but realized I couldn't get the same lift. In comparison, the dye tint wasn't applied well enough to the inner and outer corners, I think the perm solution should have been left on longer because I didn't get anywhere near the same amount of lift. They usually give you a spoolie or do it themselves so your lashes are actually separated. I left with my lashes stuck together and a little product still left on my eyes that I had to scratch off. For $200 for both of the services I would have expected better. The photo where my lashes are actually curled and fully tinted was no more than $50

Hannah was incredible! Everything from her personality to the scalp treatment was top notch. We did a scalp consult before the treatment. It was crazy to see what my scalp looked like under a microscope. After the treatment, we looked at my scalp again and it was perfect! No dead skin and follicles were open! She also told me a lot about my hair and how to take care of it. She was awesome! My scalp feels amazing and my hair is buttery soft. Oh and!!!!! She will give you the most perfect shoulder massage. Thank you Hannah! I will be back. ❤️

Received a scalp treatment for my birthday and it was the BEST birthday gift ever!!! Mara did an absolutely amazing job and I will be returning, my hair and scalp feel absolutely amazing!!! I cannot wait for my next appointment, it was so easy to find and parking was super easy as well!!

Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Jea is so welcoming and thorough with her sessions. I had one of the scalp treatments and feel so refreshed! I'm definitely going to come back regularly.

I had such a great time with Palah! My scalp treatment was relaxing and my hair feels SO clean! I would highly recommend this before an event, just as a lil treat, or as a gift!
