If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! My friend and I had the Platinum Halo - 60 Minutes (mine was with Lorianna Gonzalez) earlier today and let me tell you ~ she is a true gem. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional, but her attention to detail and tactful approach made the entire experience unforgettable. I’ve had a Halo head spa treatment before in South Tampa, and honestly, this location completely outshines the Westshore area one. Everything about it felt elevated and intentional. They exclusively use O Way products ~ a luxurious, organic, Italian-farmed line that felt amazing on my scalp and hair. One of the most mind-blowing parts was the magnifying video camera used to analyze my scalp. It gives real-time insight into dryness, oil buildup, and overall scalp health to customers. It was both fascinating and reassuring to see exactly what was going on. And let’s talk about the electric massager in the middle of the treatment ~ pure heaven. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, they finished with a flower elixir poured over my hair, leaving it smelling absolutely divine. The front desk staff were sweet and accommodating, and I have to give major kudos to the owner, a nurse practitioner who clearly poured thought into every detail ~ from the blankets and pillows to the top-tier product selection and, most importantly, the incredible team she’s assembled. This was a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m already counting down the days until I go back!

Today I had the Platinum Halo Head Spa with the Scalp Recovery Steam Add-On, and it was an absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience. The spa environment was calming, and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting to unwind. ‍♀️ Lorianna Gonzalez treated me with so much care and professionalism. She explained each step of the process in detail, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout. The soothing music, gentle massage, and warm steam therapy left my scalp and hair feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend this treatment for anyone dealing with hair stress, thinning, or simply in need of a self-care reset. I’ll definitely be returning!

I absolutely loved my experience with Carina and my Platinum Halo service. Carina explained every step of the service so I knew what to expect at all times. I loved that. She also explained what she observed about my scalp and the treatments she would be using and their benefits. She even styled my curly hair at the end! I was interested in buying some of their products so I asked her and she guided me through all the products before checking out. The checkout process was super smooth even with a balance on my gift card that I had to use first. An all around lovely experience.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars!! The environment is so calming and serene. They have complimentary refreshments while you’re waiting for your specialist. I had an osmosis facial with Lorianna. That girl is seriously amazing! She was super informative and made me feel SO comfortable for my first ever facial. She addressed all of my skin concerns and even gave me some great advice to use at home with my daily face regime. I left with glowing, healthy feeling skin ❤️ I will definitely be back to do the halo experience with her!
