Pros: The products smelled amazing, the staff member who worked with me was very kind, and the overall space was calming and beautifully set up. The environment itself made me feel at ease. Cons: Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. I had been really looking forward to trying this after seeing it advertised, and I was excited to get a spot. However, for $80 for one hour, it just didn’t feel worth the cost. The treatment felt more like a long hair washing than a full experience. I expected more of a massage—especially after seeing their Instagram videos—but that wasn’t the case. About 20 minutes were spent with water running on my head, and the scalp massage was very minimal. There was a short hand massage at the end, but it only lasted about a minute. I left feeling disappointed because I was hoping for true relaxation, but it didn’t quite deliver. For the price, I think I would have preferred going to a salon for a wash and style, which would have felt like more value. I also think their website should provide a clearer description of what’s included in the service, so guests know what to expect. Also, please note the space is VERY small and you will be asked to change while the staff member is on the other side of a partition she puts up. I am sad because I was hopeful this would be something I could add to my self care maintenance but I definitely won't be back.

A head wash with massage pure relaxation and joy. You feel so light and refreshed afterward. Definitely recommend it to all. The master is absolutely wonderful so attractive, gentle, and caring. The studio is beautiful and cozy, with a special atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer thank you so much

My spa treatment was absolutely wonderful! The staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the whole atmosphere was filled with calm and positive energy. After my treatment, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and truly pampered. I can’t wait to come back and I’m definitely adding this treatment to my monthly self-care routine!
