The perfect spot to relax, recharge, and feel pampered! The spa has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Walking into this experience I did not know what to expect seeing that I have never had a massage or spa experience before. However, the service completely surpassed all expectations I had. The staff was extremely friendly and I felt like a king I had a very oily scalp according to the scalp analysis and the products they used completely fixed my dirty as scalp. I am definitely coming back here. The mochi ice cream that they provide is also amazing. 11/10 overall very good

From the moment we walked in, we were wrapped in care and attention. I truly felt cherished. The staff is incredibly attentive, kind, and polite. The décor is absolutely stunning — every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The whole place smells divine, feels perfectly clean, and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. This visit was a birthday gift for my friend, and she absolutely loved it. After the treatments, the team even made the day extra special by surprising her with a birthday greeting, a little cake, and a candle. It was a wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend Urban Oasis Spa highly enough.
