I had such a wonderful experience at this head spa! I went with the deluxe head spa treatment, and it was absolutely worth it—so relaxing and luxurious. Stefanie was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about giving her clients a great experience. My scalp felt amazing afterward, and the whole treatment left me feeling refreshed and pampered. The only suggestion I’d offer—just as something that could add even more value—is to consider offering a quick blow-dry option as a small add-on after the service. I asked about drying my hair, and the only option was a full blowout (which makes total sense for a full styling session), but I would’ve loved a five to ten-minute express dry for something like $15 or $20. I totally would’ve said yes to that! After the treatment, my hair was still quite wet, and I had to run errands, so walking around the grocery store with wet hair did feel a little awkward. That said, the service itself was truly excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Just wanted to share that idea because I think a quick-dry upgrade would be a super popular option and could be a great addition to the experience. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I am so happy Brie is back she is the best! She is so intuitive and providers an exceptional and relaxing experience and really caters to your needs and requests. Not able to give a full 5 star because I was a little disappointed in the new location. Granted I recognize they just moved in but it impacted the intimidate and calming experience I typically received prior at the previous location. Curious to see how the new location evolves over time. It seems like the focus will be on more salon services.

Going in I had pretty high expectations based on the many head spa videos I’d seen online as well as the description of the service I read on the website. That being said the suite was nice, appeared clean. The service itself was a little bit of a let down. It was basically a longer version of the shampoo you get at the salon. I expected more. The description said a face and neck massage neither of which would I say I really got. It was very fast and over before you could enjoy it. I also expected some sort of scalp stimulation like I’ve seen using a tool such as a scalp massager. That was at the very end for 10 seconds. Overall I feel like it was a very expensive shampoo.

I had a Head Spa with the Malibu C Head Lab treatment provided by Morgan. The atmosphere was relaxing. The head spa itself was soothing, allowing me to unwind and destress. I was especially amazed by the results—the before and after images of my scalp under the microscope were astonishing! The treatment noticeably improved the health and appearance of my scalp, and I left feeling rejuvenated.

Owner (Stefanie Breen) responds to customer questions with smart ass remarks, She didn't expect me to confront her attitude, and with every follow up comment made the situation worse. She claims to have 15 years experience, but apparently is either a liar, or never picked up any clue about how to treat people. How can you provide a zen experience when your attitude is toxic? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO A DOG!!!
