Excellent all around! I traveled one hour to receive their treatments and it was well worth it. Special call out to Nikki who's energy and work is exceptional! I spent two hours with her for multiple services. I've had massages all my life and need a very deep tissue. She not only got deep, she added stretches that kept me from being sore the next day. Seriously, it was the best massage I can remember! They had just opened the new location and were still under last minute construction. I could tell they made extra effort to make sure the facility was clean and comfortable. It's also gorgeous. The entire staff was pleasant, appointment was on time. Highly recommended.

I booked a head spa and Swedish massage with Lana, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. From start to finish, she made me feel so relaxed and cared for. The head spa was incredibly soothing and refreshing, and her Swedish massage technique was absolutely perfect—just the right balance of pressure and relaxation. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely renewed. Lana is truly gifted at what she does, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for the ultimate massage experience, she’s the one to see! The only area of improvement I can see is advising customers what products you’re using on their hair and face. Also, it would be nice to have services in a dimmed area. It was way too bright in there for me to relax.

We had a group spa day for five people, and every one of us had an incredibly relaxing experience. The head spa was definitely the highlight of the day! Lana and Daniel were wonderful to work with, especially when coordinating for a large group. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Salt and Sugar is the most relaxing place I’ve ever been. I got a scalp massage and facial and felt completely refreshed after. The space is calm, clean, and smells amazing. My therapist was gentle but knew exactly how to relieve the tension in my head and neck. They also explained the process and products before starting. I felt totally comfortable the whole time. After my session, my skin was glowing and my head felt lighter. The prices were fair for how good the service was. I’ve already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend them if you need to relax and treat yourself.

I brought my friend here for her birthday and we both got the Salt & Sugar Head Spa. The experience was amazing! Not only is the facility airy, comfortable and inviting but the head spa experience was so relaxing.
