Had an amazing time at Clevenate Scalp Oasis I’ve visited multiple scalp spas but this one by far has all the others beat. I had the best experience and my hair feels and looks amazing. I highly recommend treating yourself to a day at the spa.

My husband surprised me and brought me for hair and scalp treatment, and facial. It was such an amazing experience and she did such a wonderful job, and was so kind. My hair and skin felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

Celebrated wedding anniversary here first time getting a Scalp massage. It was amazing wish could go for longer .Kim is awesome thank you for helping me relax.

Updated to reflect the conversation I had with the owner. She contacted me almost immediately and apologized, accepted responsibility, and offered to make it right. Although this doesn’t change the current status of my hair, it does show her commitment to her customers which is commendable. She said she would be training her staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again. She offered me another treatment with a different staff member which I respectfully declined for now, but if my hair ever recovers I may try it again, and will of course update my review. For now I’m increasing it to three stars because of the amazing customer service. If you have any doubts about the treatment, just remember to ask lots of questions up front and request someone with the specific skills you’re looking for. Original: This was my first time getting a scalp treatment, and I was excited. I've heard great things about the process in general, so I quickly booked a treatment after finding Clevenate online. The technician was very nice and welcoming, but unfortunately the treatment itself was awful. The products they use are absolute trash and I could feel my hair breaking with every motion. I kept thinking a good quality conditioner would be introduced at some point during the process, but next thing I knew she was wrapping my matted hair in a towel, twisting as hard as she could, breaking as many strands as humanly possible. She then attempted to blow dry my tangled hair and kept commenting on how difficult my hair was. My scalp may be clean, but my hair is trash. I rushed home and immediately applied a leave in conditioner hoping it would repair some of the damage. If your hair requires conditioner of any sort, not even quality necessarily, I highly recommend skipping this place, they don't care about your hair. But if you do go, I suggest skipping the massage and blow dry. I know that’s not their primary job or the reason you’re there, but if they offer the services they should at least train their staff accordingly. And maybe bring your own products if that’s allowed.

So good! Came here for my birthday and as my first time Lianne did so good with my facial and scalp assessment and care. 100% would reccomend:)
