I wanted to do something special for my daughter to help ease her stress from university exams, and this was perfect! We tried the Renewal for the first time, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Overall, it was incredibly relaxing and also very informative. Seeing the condition of my scalp before and after was quite a shock, but it really highlighted the importance of this treatment. I’ll definitely keep this up—plus, it’s a great excuse to spend time with my daughter! I will be honest there were moments when I thought my scalp was being exfoliated off, but once I saw the results, I understood how necessary and beneficial the treatment is. While that was happening though there was a balance of relaxation, I was lying comfortably on a massage bed/reclining chair, feeling gentle pressure while the other treatment of a facial mask worked wonders to hydrate my skin. The staff was so knowledgeable and attentive, adding an extra layer of care to the experience. The Renewal treatment is truly worth it! Thank you!

I have never been to a head spa before and I am forever changed! After 6 months of chemo where I lost all my hair and major surgery 3 weeks ago and expected to start 3 more months of chemo in a few weeks, I wanted to do something to treat my scalp to help heal it from the trauma before and strengthen it for the trauma to come. Reilly was super warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was quiet, calm and relaxing inside with music and all the soothing sounds of water. It may be a head spa but it felt like a full body experience physically, mentally, and spiritually. I've already booked my next appointment with Reilly and cannot wait! I'm added on the facial surface so I'll report back but I have no doubt it'll be amazing. This may be my new favorite form of self care!

10/10 recommend getting a treatment at EPOCH! Nancy and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and the soothing aroma of the spa instantly puts you at ease. From start to finish, I was beyond impressed with the experience. The transformation in my scalp was unbelievable — the before-and-after difference was night and day. I have very thick, curly hair, and I’ve never seen my curls look so vibrant, defined, and shiny. I had the Revive treatment, and my hair has truly never felt healthier. Can’t wait for my next visit!

First amazing service and experience from Reilly. If you never had a Head Spa treatment..this was my first time and I highly recommend it.. i called for a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I was on business travel and was near the airport. The treatment starts with a detailed look at your scalp with a scope and monitor where Reilly explained what condition my scalp was in. I really found this enlightening. Then she applies a detox serum and then you head to the massage bed n head bowl...where your scalp receives a scrub, cleaningand multiple treatments with multiple massages while the bed is massaging your body...this was amazing. I highly recommend this SPA and treatment and Reilly

Epoch Head Spa with Tara – This is a truly rejuvenating experience for both scalp and hair health. Tara started the 65-minute treatment with a detailed scalp analysis. From the scalp detox and deep cleansing scrub to the soothing conditioning mask and luxurious massage, every step was designed for ultimate relaxation and revitalization. The added neck and shoulder therapy totally enhanced the experience, and left me feeling refreshed and stress-free.The session concluded with a blow-dry, making it a perfect moment of self-care indulgence. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a deep cleanse, relaxation, and hair rejuvenation! Definitely coming back again and thank you Tara for being so amazing! Thank you Epoch Head Spa!
