Unplugged HeadSpa was absolutely Ahhmazing! I always wanted to try out a premiere Japanese head spa and I’m so happy I found this gem in the heart of Mission Valley! From planning my appointment with Touré, who was super cool, patient, kind, and knowledgeable, arriving with my friends greeted with smiles, an open door, and mimosas, to the talented Beto & Briana who performed our uber relaxing experience, I can’t rave enough! Thank you SO much for making my birthday extra special! If you’re looking for excellent customer service and the most exhilarating way to “disconnect” and leave all your stress away, please consider Unplugged HeadSpa! We were all VERY happy. After, my head felt so light, hair so clean, and overall super relaxed. You won’t regret and it was worth it! I already booked my second appointment! Thank you again!!

Get ready to dive into pure bliss! Jaimie, the incredible owner of Unplugged Headspa, is an absolute gem! From patiently answering all my Instagram questions to being an absolute sweetheart in person, she made the experience unforgettable. And the headspa itself? Pure magic! Customizing my aromatherapy and music soundtrack (I went with 'spa' sounds, naturally!) elevated the relaxation to another level. And the mini massage... OMG! I'm already counting down the minutes until I can bring all my friends and go for all the upgrades! Thank you, Jaimie, for creating such an oasis!

I booked a last-minute appointment and was so grateful they were able to accommodate me. I spoke with the owner and her husband over the phone. Both were incredibly kind and helpful, answering all of my questions with such warmth. The salon was easy to find with plenty of parking, and the space itself is beautiful, clean, new, and aesthetically calming the moment you walk in. I booked the 75-minute head spa service with Brianna, who was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed me in with such a sweet and comforting presence that instantly put me at ease. From start to finish, the entire experience felt like pure pampering. The hair and scalp analysis was a really cool touch. I got to see a close-up view of the buildup on my scalp before and after the treatment, which made the results feel even more satisfying. The service itself was deeply relaxing. Everything from the peaceful music, to the calming scents of aromatherapy, the perfect water temperature, and the cozy, warm bed was thoughtfully done and made me feel completely cared for. Truly worth every dollar. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit.

I booked a couples 75 min “Unplugged” spa service for my wife’s birthday and we were blown away! The attention to detail from Briana and Beto was second to none, from scalp consultation, aromatherapy, heated treatment bed, multiple products and steps for your hair and scalp to make you feel brand new. The mini facial with the 75 min service was an added bonus to start, and we can’t wait to come back again!
