I had an amazing and relaxing experience with the basic scalp care and facial service. It was the most relaxing scalp treatment I've ever had, thanks to Mia! Thanks for the complimentary curly hair setting! The scalp analysis showed the real difference. The staff and therapists were very friendly. I would love to visit again.

Tried out a head spa appointment for the first time here and I loved the experience! They were punctual and started my appointment a little early. The room was clean and comfortable, especially with the heated bed. Kanu worked on my hair and I definitely fell asleep at some point during my appointment. They took their time to blow dry my hair afterwards and even offered complimentary drinks. Love how much they care about showing you the before/after of your scalp and even provided some guidance about how to care for your scalp!

What an amazing experience! Ken was friendly and knowledgeable while showing me a microscopic view of my scalp before and after the treatment and gave me great tips on treating and cleaning my scalp. Tara was so thorough and lovely with her hardworking hands! I had the deep scalp therapy. 1000/10 ⭐️ my hair & scalp have never felt this clean! the salon is so clean and smells wonderful, all of the best vibes✨

My husband and I did the 90 minute Velvet Signature experience, which included the upper back and neck massage, scalp scrub, and face massage (plus blow drying at the end), and it was so nice! Annie and Hannah did a great job! We came out of there feeling so refreshed! The staff was very nice and friendly, and we got complimentary drinks too. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!

After that session, I was on cloud nine. Emily's massage and head spa were absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly gentle and professional throughout the whole process. The lady at the front desk was also very welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering a drink during the blowout. Treat yourself — you deserve it!
