I recently visited Lulu’s Head Spa in Naperville, IL, and had a good experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, setting the vibes for relaxation. Danielle was my scalp therapist, and she was professional and attentive. She explained the process thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was soothing; I was relaxed that I even fell asleep! I only put 4 stars because it is a lot more pricier than other places with the same services if not better.

This was by and fair, the best self care thing I have done for myself in AGES! It was incredible! So relaxing and at the end, I got to style and dry my own hair with all their awesome tools and products. Never get this kind of time as mom, loved every bit. Will be back again soon!

I went to Lulu’s head spa recently and had a lovely experience The atmosphere is so relaxing and cute! They had complimentary tea which helps hair growth! I had my scalp treatment done by Magda and it was the best. I definitely recommend her to anyone. She walked me through the whole experience and it was so relaxing. After she finished, my scalp felt clean and was visibly so clean. She showed me with the scalp camera how much built up dirt and oil she took off. I will be back again

Lovely head spa!! Great decor & facility and service. Highly recommend!! They analysis your scalp and you go in the hair washing room for your service. Afterwards, they show you your scalp again. The products they use are house-made by the owners. They feel great. There are a few options: 30, 60, 90 minute services. Recommend at least 60 minutes. Note: they don't dry your hair, but there's a hair-drying room to dry your hair yourself afterwards with different hair products available Clean bathrooms and lots of free parking..

OMG!! I was very hesitant to book a scalp massage before but I wish I did it as soon as I heard about this place! Very pleasing staff and the whole service was so relaxing, attentive, and informative! I got the express (30 mins) and I could not get enough! Working girlies, please consider this place if you feel like you have tension in your head, Tatyana’s hands are MAGIC!!
